Ezee Fit - #WOD - Back into a High Gear

Every time I plan to take it serious with my workouts, my husband will plan a vacation or a trip. 

We are finally back home, I've planned my workouts for the week and taking on a new hobby.....sweating at the gym :))) I had to exercise at home today, so I was stuck to a body weight workout. I still didn't get any weights or equipment yet, except for the skipping rope. 

Right now I'm not at my best fitness level and I wanted to wake up my body with this workout. Nothing complicated. You can always make it more challenging by adding weights or even a weighted vest.

So here we go...

Warm up:
  1. 50 Jumping Jacks
  2. 50 High Knees
  3. 50 Scissors
Repeat 3 times.

Looking at it now...It looks quite easy.


Side Jump Cross Back Lunge - Jump to one side and lunge side-back. Repeat to the other side. Sometimes I call this exercise "Curtsey Lunge".

The rest are quite basic. Enjoy :)
