EZee Fit - Up We Go - 1500 reps Fun


It's Friday and the weekend where I live.

Usually I will have my rest day on Friday, but I was a bit  busy and a lot lazy this week and I really, really have to workout today. Besides, nothing exciting planned and what a better way to spend the weekend that kicking in a good workout.


 If you like some more Upper Body, you can throw in some weighted exercises after the workout. 

Or just add some ABS...That's what I'm doing today.
