EZee Fit - # WOD - The Quick and the Dead (Lower Body)


I went to the gym very late, but still a good Lower Body workout.

Warm-up:

15min Treadmill Run (note to myself...take my skipping rope to the gym next time).



I wanted to go for 3 rounds, but the gym was closing (new working hours) and they literally kicked us out. 

Notes:

Exercises 1 & 3: Place one foot on a towel or a paper plate, keep the dumbbells by your side, chests up, core strong. Slowly slide one foot to the side until you reach to a Side Lunge, knee over the heel, flex to 90-degrees max. Slide back up. Repeat. I've posted an Amazon.com link for the Gliding Disks I use.

If you want to get the best of this workout, you should go really as low as 90-degrees or even lower on the Dumbbell Swings. Mine were more like very deep squats with feet turned out. 

And don't forget to warm up, cool down and stretch.
