EZee Fit - # WOD HIIT it hard

I went to the gym with the intentions to attend a spinning class, but the place was really overcrowded and no bikes available.

I had to come up with another workout right there on the spot ... even the warm up :)

And for a good measure I finished with:

10 X 10/50 Hill Climbs on the Spinning Bike (yes, after the class was over). Plus 5min. of Cool Down.

Great workout!
